Local Delivery
Local orders are delivered by The Family Pantry when the address is inside our delivery area. Checkout will help confirm whether your address is eligible before payment.
Serving Plattsburg, Smithville, Kearney, Holt, Lathrop, Gower, Trimble, and Turney.
Delivery times begin at least 24 hours after ordering so everything can be prepared fresh.
UPS Shipping
Shipping orders leave at 3:30 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. Your order is baked fresh for the next available shipping day.
UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air may appear at checkout depending on the address and what is in your basket.
Cutoff Timing
Some items need 24 to 48 hours of prep time. If an order misses the next shipping window, it moves to the following available ship day.
UPS 2nd Day Air is usually the best fit for most baked goods when freshness matters.
Tracking
Once a shipping order has tracking, it can be checked from the Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Local delivery orders use delivery status updates instead of UPS tracking.
The website compares the items in your basket, their saved weight and packed size, the delivery address, and the available UPS services. It then shows the UPS choices that are available for that order.
If you are nearby, choose local delivery. If you are outside the local delivery area, choose shipping for eligible items.
